Return & Refund Policy

At Acmeden Solution, every product is crafted with precision, supported by scientific research, and designed to deliver the best possible results. We hope you enjoy using our products as much as we enjoy creating them. However, if you wish to return a product, simply reach out to us — we’re here to help and will take care of the process for you.

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received an expired product

If you encounter any of the above issues, please raise a return or replacement request within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.

No return, refund, or claim request will be valid after 7 days from the date of delivery.

Process

  1. Submit Request:
    Email us with details of the issue and your order information.

  2. Review Time:
    Please allow us 48 hours to review your request.

  3. Reverse Pickup:
    Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
    Our courier partner will collect the product from your doorstep.

  4. Verification:
    After the returned product reaches us, our service team will inspect it.

  5. Refund/Replacement:
    If the issue is verified, we will initiate a refund or send a replacement within 24 hours.
